What's the name of this cord?

The plugs are the type used to power or charge almost everything. The large cylinder things are ferrite beads used to block electrical noise. You don't really need those. Go to Radio Shack as see about getting a new plug that you can mount on the original wire where it got cut. Just repair the wire. Take the old one in and they can match it up for you.
