So I want to watch ufc 123 at a bar but i'm curious about the order of the fights?

Me and my friends need to go to a dinner that starts at 6 and the event starts at 7. We really want to see Machida vs. Rampage and Hughs vs. Penn. I just got into it so I want to know if they save the main fights towards the end or if they start with them. Around what time from 7 till 10 will they show. Thanks
