Hello all I am about 5'1 and weigh about 149 now (female of course) I started the atkins diet about 5 days ago and I have lost 3 lbs already. I work out about 4 days a week(30 cardio/15yoga) and follow the diet very strictly. I wanted to know what kind of weight loss I should expect. I would like to lose about 15 lbs. in 3 1/2 months. Do you guys think I have a chance. Please only respond positively to this question thanks everyone!
