If someone that has cancer spits on your mouth and you swallow it, will you get cancer?

Cancer is not a communicable disease, unless you were to get a tissue, bone, organ or a bone marrow transplant from a person and the surgeons "harvesting" the organs did not detect that they were an active cancer sufferer. Many people are confused about this, and avoid friends and family that are diagnosed with cancer because of their fears. If you know someone with cancer, give 'em a hug. You can't catch it, and they will appreciate the support.
