Healthy diet is causing gas?

For the past 3-4 months I have totally switched my diet to a completely healthy one. I now always eat the minimum of every food group, try to eat organic whenever possible for me, and eat only whole grain foods. I might have something not-so-healthy every week or so and a Mountain Dew every couple of weeks, but other than that I am trying to make sure everything I am putting into my body is healthy. Ever since I started this diet, I have had the gas from Hell!! I started taking fiber supplements once a day and I thought maybe I was getting too much fiber, but I have stopped that for a few weeks now and still no change. Is there anything I can do or take naturally to curb this, aside from popping Beano like they're Skittles? I'd really like to avoid any medications, but my last resort is Gas-X.
