Wipe Right?

What is the proper way to wipe myself after I shat. I mean I'm tired of my girll laughing at me because when she does the laundry my drawers are stained with skid marks. When I finish shating I usually wipe up then down. I can't get to no water because I'm usually at work when I shat. What should I do
