My belly on piercer said use sea salt cleaner with distilled water.Can i use bottled water as distilled ?!?

ok i don't really know what distilled water is. can i use bottled water as distilled water? is bottled water distilled water? when im taking a shower can i just use the stuff with the shower water? please its ergent. i just got it done like the day before yesturday. it seems to be healing well. but i still wanna clean it. where do i buy distilled water && how much will it cost. please help ! i dont want an infection
