Why is McCain trying to obstruct justice in the Palin criminal investigation?

The Key thing that none of you know or nobody has brought up is that the Public Safety Commissioner that was fired , "served at the pleasure of the Governor" which means that like cabinet members to a president they can be fired for no reason at all. They serve at the Governors pleasure. Monegan himself says so in his farewell letter (link) So no scandal, no abuse of power
