Okay so i have about $60 .....need help.?

first GO TO THE SALE RACK!!!! i can't express this enough, and look through every size, different cuts mean you could fit into different sizes. maybe use some worn jeans and a standard tank and just hit up the accessories, or splurge on a top or a cute pair of shoes. the key when u r in a pinch is combine with things you already have to make them look new!
