What is my ex trying to prove.....?

So I threatened to call the cops and take em to court over messages he sent me and such I wasn't really gonna do it but I wanted him to stop well..he texed me saying I shouldn't forget to tell the cops about the drunk text I sent him cuz he still has it ( I drunk texed him a while back but it wasn't anything bad I said) and that I should work on my grammar wtf??
