Selling/donating fabric materials?

My mom ped away and left a huge collection of fabric from her sewing/quilting hobbies. I have seven TV sized boxes of fabric, ranging from small squares to several yards of fabric. If I were to try selling them, what is a fair asking price? Where can I look to donate if that is not possible? The Goodwill store in town is not interested.
