Lottery, someone called my house and said that I won the lottery 649 and i should go to the nearest shoppers ?

and asked for my name and adress,,they basically asked for me and asked me if i lived on ....my adress etc,,,so they said that i won the lotto 649 and should go to the nearest shoppers drugmart to claim my prize. Now call me old fashioned but it seems too good to be true,and how would they know if i won? how did they find out my address and phone number along with my name , i mean i am not in the phone books or anything like that,,,,,i dont want to look like an idiot i mean i would sound stupid going there if it were some prank call,,,but how would they know so much about me? i am confused plus do i need my loto tickets or just my photo I.D to claim the prize since they already know my name etc......what should i do,,i dont want it to be a scam ,but i dont wanna get my hopes to high either.
