Have a full size 1987 bronco drove it all good parked went to leave again and it would not shift out of park ?

It has new ignition and was working fine until bolt under dash feel out put bolt back and now wont change to any gear it is automatic on colum what would cause this should i take whole steering colum out and dismantle
