A Friend Wants To Know What Does This Mean?

A friend of mine told a girl that he liked her. then she ignored him for over a month and a half. it got annoying cause he kept telling me all his problems so today he spent the whole day on his phones notepad and wrote about a page and a half about how he feels about her. He asked her why she was ignored him and what was going on. she said that she ignored him because she thought he was mad at her. But I know that's a bunch of BS because its hard to not hear someone when there calling your name standing a few feet behind you. Today he gave her the note, not sent it but showed her the phone and made her read off of it. What else are you supposed to do when you have 1000 words to say, sucky handwriting, and she has no phone. so later meaning a couple hours ago we found out she immediately went into the restroom and started crying. I read the note after I found out and found nothing offensive. The english teacher read the note and he found nothing offensive aside from the grammatical errors. My friends question is why is she crying. What does it mean. should he give her another long note explaining himself or what.
