Can I get US Pports for stepkids that I have?

If you have doentation proving you are the careprovider for the stepchildren, you can apply and receive US pports for them. If at least one of the parents (you and your spouse) is a biological parent, that makes it a wee bit easier. You probably need to call your nearest pport office and speak with them directly, as they deal on case by case basis for the really tough questions. This might fall into that category.
